การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยในโรงเรียนสาธิต "พิบูลบำเพ็ญ"

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” 2) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต "พิบูลบำเพ็ญ" และ 3) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัย โรงเรียนสาธิต "พิบูลบำเพ็ญ" โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบสารสนเทศและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวิจัย จำนวน 3 คน และผู้ใช้งานซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรที่มีความสนใจในการใช้บริการระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น จำนวน 115 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 2) ระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต "พิบูลบำเพ็ญ" มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น และ 3) แบบประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต "พิบูลบำเพ็ญ" วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ภาษาพีเอชพี (PHP) และระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) มีความเหมาะสมต่อการพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ส่วนการเก็บข้อมูลของระบบควรแบ่งเป็นข้อมูลของผู้วิจัย และข้อมูลของผลงานวิจัย
2) ผลการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ และพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาระบบโดยใช้ภาษาพีเอชพี (PHP) ร่วมกับสถาปัตยกรรมแบบ Model View Controller (MVC) มาพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ และนำระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูลมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL) มาใช้ในการจัดการข้อมูล ซึ่งผู้วิจัยได้ตั้งชื่อระบบสารสนเทศนี้ว่า ระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” โดยสามารถเข้าถึงได้ที่ https://research.st.buu.ac.th
3) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” ใน 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการนำข้อมูลเข้า (Input) 2) ด้านกระบวนการทำงาน (Process) และ 3) ด้านการแสดงผลข้อมูล (Output) มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดี โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.29 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.29
4) ผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบสารสนเทศโดยผู้ใช้งานซึ่งเป็นบุคลากรของโรงเรียนพบว่า ระบบสารสนเทศงานวิจัยโรงเรียนสาธิต “พิบูลบำเพ็ญ” ใน 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านเนื้อหา) 2) ด้านการออกแบบ) และ 3) ด้านการนำไปใช้ มีประสิทธิภาพอยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.64 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 0.54
The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To examine the opinions of experts on the development of a research information system for Piboonbumpen Demonstration School, 2) To develop a research information system for Piboonbumpen Demonstration School, and 3) To evaluate the effectiveness of the research information system at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School. The sample in this research consists of two groups: three experts in information systems and research, and 115 users who are personnel interested in utilizing the developed research information system. The sampling method employed was purposive sampling. The research instruments used were: 1) an expert interview guide, 2) the research information system for Piboonbumpen Demonstration School developed by the researcher, and 3) an evaluation form for the effectiveness of the research information system at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School. Data were analyzed using statistical methods, including mean and standard deviation.
The research findings indicate that
1) The analysis of expert opinions revealed that PHP and MySQL are suitable for developing the information system. Additionally, the data storage system should be divided into researcher information and research output data.
2) The analysis, design, and development of the information system were conducted by the researcher using PHP in combination with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture. MySQL was utilized for data management. The information system developed by the researcher has been named the “Research Information System at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School.” It is accessible at the website: “https://research.st.buu.ac.th”
3) The evaluation of the effectiveness of the information system by experts revealed that the Research Information System at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School was effective in the following three areas: 1) Data Input, 2) Process Management, and 3) Data Output. The effectiveness was rated as good, with an average value of 4.29 and a standard deviation of 0.29.
4) The evaluation of the effectiveness of the information system by users, who are personnel of the school, revealed that the Research Information System at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School is effective in the following three areas: 1) Content, 2) Design, and 3) Implementation. The effectiveness was rated as very good, with an average value of 4.64 and a standard deviation of 0.54.
